The Wizard of Oz is a very famous story, but I have never read it. This time, I read it for the first time in English. And it was a very interesting story. Dorothy, who lives in Kansas, came to an unknown world called Oz because of the cyclone. I knew only Tin Man in this story, but for the first time I knew there were other companions. Each of them had what they wanted, but by overcoming the challenges they realized they already had them. After reading this book, I've come to think that what I can't do now may be something I can do just by not realizing it.

It was a story that happened at Christmas in Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic. Once upon a time, this place was the border between two countries. When I chose this book, I decided by looking at the title of Christmas. However, it was different from what I had imagined. Father Josef, son Jan and mother Carol lived in England together. And they go to a concert in Prague, Czech Republic for Christmas. In the past, it was the border between two countries, so Josef had a sad secret. I was sad to read this book.

This story was about a young boy named tony who notice his piano talent. He came to the farm to earn money because his family was very poor. One day he found a piano there. From there, his piano talent started to develop.  I read this book and wondered if he could have noticed his piano talent if he hadn't come to the farmhouse. All the characters were good people and it was a very good story.
